So what was supposed to be an incredibly productive summer has already fallen to pieces. Well, just in the sense of blogging. Outside of that, I've been working late, keeping up with reading blogs, reading (I already finished Delivering Happiness, and have moved on to The Happiness Hypothesis) and strangely enough, I've been reading up on (weird, I know) fashion blogs.

It's been over a month. Actually, it's been something close to TWO months since my last post. As usual, I underestimated that beast of a time hoard, school. Four classes, and one of them a REAL class instead of all the online shenanigans I'm used to. It's actually pretty exciting, and I'm enjoying all my classes. The downside is that it's taking away time from blogging, reading, cooking and stuff like laundry. (Thankfully Ry's been doing it haha) Of course, with the new year in full swing (can you believe it's already February!?) I'm re-kindling my motivation and trying to get back into the swing of things. I actually got off my butt and cooked dinner tonight!

Yes. This is what I had for dinner tonight. Actually, I had this for dinner last night as well. There's something so comforting about standing in the kitchen, leaning against the counter, thumbing through recipe pages and eating a bowl of cereal.
