Okay, I don't usually do the tumblr type blog on here and repost to other blogs, but when I read the Baking Bites blog this morning, I decided I had to. It's funny when you think about it, but I've never stopped to ask what Red Velvet cake is. I always just ran with the assumption that it was chocolate cake with tons of red food coloring in it.
