So it’s been almost 6 months since we “saved the chickens” at the Burgers on the Edge competition, and I’m back at it again!
Sans the chicken suit this time.
Instead of turkey, I did it up the TRUE vegetarian way, and saved those chickies with TOFU! Orange tofu, to be exact. Sounds a little off, I know, but be adventurous!

I love tofu. I did something similar with cold ginger chicken, minus the chicken, plus tofu.
Orange tofu is such a good idea too.
Hehe. I also did Tofu Katsu, after I ate some at Sam’s Deli on Nuuanu. The only downside is cleaning up after! All that oil
